If you like the idea of camping but miss the home comforts such as a proper bed, fridge, freezer and cooker etc. then why not book your next holiday in a safari tent? Safari tents are available at many locations all over the world and are often classed as glamping (glamourous camping). I personally love camping and do not mind staying in a tent with little amenities but when going on holiday with two young children the idea does become not quite so appealing. A safari tent will give me both, the excitement of camping but with the luxuries of a few items that make life a lot easier when staying away from home.
The cost of a safari tent is usually somewhere in between taking your own tent and staying in a caravan. A short 4 night break in June in south of Wales for example, often costs between £200- £300 pounds.
